We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot our POS software problems and help our customers with their support queries. The technical Support Engineer\'s responsibilities include onboarding merchants on our platform, configuring their accounts and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support. You will use email and phone calls to give clients quick answers to simple product issues. For complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will contact clients via google meets and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals. Ultimately, you will be a person our customers\' trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems. Primary Responsibilities Responsible to merchant\'s support queries Online meeting with merchants to diagnose the software issues providing product tech demonstration to the merchants Installing and configuring merchant\'s POS device Merchant Onboarding, product online training. Educational and Experience Requirements To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, like Graduation with Technical Support Experience. If you\'re naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with software issues and can explain technical details simply, we\'d like to meet you.
