Diploma in electrical maintenance. Good communication skills required

Team and project management:

Manage daily operations, assign tasks, and oversee technical projects from initiation to completion.

Technical leadership:

Provide hands-on guidance, troubleshoot complex technical problems, and ensure the team's work adheres to standards and best practices.

Resource and quality management:

Allocate resources like equipment and budgets, develop and implement quality assurance processes, and monitor performance against objectives.

Staff development:

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve their skills and career progression.

Compliance and safety:

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and technical standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
