Senior Technical Service Anayst

The Position:

Senior Technical Services Analyst

What you will do:

Manage project pipeline activities and support new project development, including try-outs. Provide complete technical documentation for product homologation at OEMs (PPAP). Support the sales team by providing accurate technical product information and data sheets. Create new product codes in SAP/ERP systems. Deliver customer support through training, technical assistance, and quality-system guidance. Conduct technical visits to customers and support their material approval processes. Monitor external laboratory analyses for product validations. Promote Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) practices internally and at customer sites.

What you will bring:

Strong ability to interpret OEM standards and customer regulatory requirements. Solid understanding of polymeric material analysis methodologies. Capable of operating in a highly competitive environment with multiple players and material substitutions. Ability to manage customer requests, complaints, deadlines, and emergencies effectively.

Level of education & knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering (preferred) or Materials. 10 years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in English.

Experience in general:

Sales and marketing knowledge. Product and business development knowledge. Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001). Strong customer relationship management. Experience with technical product presentations. Laboratory material analyses.

Technical skills:

Knowledge of OEM approval and standards processes. Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
