Job Summary Senior Technical Recruiter We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in technical recruitment and team management. The ideal candidate will not only excel at sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent but will also lead and mentor a team of 5 recruiters. With a strategic mindset and an HR degree, the candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring the team meets organizational and client goals. Key Responsibilities o Supervise and mentor technical recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets. o Allocate requisitions among team members and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery. o Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies. o Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for technical talent, leveraging social media, job boards, and referral programs. o Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche technical roles. o Monitor key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and team productivity. o Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment laws, and client-specific guidelines. o Maintain and optimize the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment workflows. o Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process. o Handle escalations and resolve issues related to recruitment operations. o Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred employer in the technical talent market. o Represent the organization at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry meetups. Key Requirements o Master's degree in human resources or a related discipline (e.g., MBA in HR). o 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role. o Proven experience managing a recruitment team and handling multiple requisitions simultaneously. o Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. o Excellent organizational skills with a results-oriented approach. o Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, indeed, etc. o Strong analytical skills to track metrics and derive actionable insights. o Experience working in a staffing agency or client-focused recruitment environment.
