Senior Technical Recruiter - ERP Product (with Development Experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with hands-on software development experience to lead hiring for our ERP product teams. The role requires a unique mix of technical expertise and recruitment skills, enabling you to accurately assess candidates' abilities and build a strong talent pipeline for ERP development, implementation, and support.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for ERP product roles (Developers, QA, ERP Consultants, Cloud/DB Engineers, Support).
Leverage your development experience to screen candidates' technical proficiency in coding, databases, integrations, and ERP modules.
Partner with hiring managers to design role-specific assessments and interview processes.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, ERP forums, coding communities, and referrals. o Conduct technical interviews for developers
Build a talent pipeline for ERP developers, consultants, and implementation specialists. o
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or related field.
Hands-on experience in software development (ERP modules, web apps, or enterprise solutions).
5+ years in technical recruitment, preferably for ERP or product-based companies.
Deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, iCloudEMS, or similar) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Ability to evaluate coding skills (PHP,Node Js, SQL) and ERP product expertise.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
