What Success Looks Like

• First 30 days: You've shipped code, improved team communication patterns, and people already rely on you to drive clarity from complexity
• First 90 days: Development velocity has increased because blockers get surfaced and solved through your facilitation, and your automation tools are saving hours weekly
• First 6 months: You're the communication hub that keeps technical and non-technical stakeholders aligned, and you've grown junior developers into confident contributors

Core ResponsibilitiesThe Builder Side (40%)

• Write production code in TypeScript, React, Python, Node.js--whatever gets the job done
• Build automation workflows that eliminate repetitive work
• Review code with an eye for both quality and pragmatism
• Debug issues when waiting for someone else would kill momentum
• Implement testing frameworks and quality gates that actually work

The Orchestrator Side (40%)

• Transform product vision into executable technical roadmaps through collaborative planning sessions
• Run efficient sprints that ship features through clear communication and accountability
• Facilitate productive technical discussions that resolve conflicts and drive decisions
• Document decisions and processes so clearly that new team members feel at home
• Coordinate distributed teams across time zones without dropping balls

The Communicator Side (20%)

• Drive constructive dialogue between stakeholders with competing priorities
• Generate solutions by facilitating focused problem-solving sessions
• Bridge technical and non-technical worlds with clear, jargon-free communication
• Surface hidden blockers through proactive one-on-ones and team check-ins
• Create psychological safety where team members share challenges early

Who Thrives in This Role
You're a builder, bridge, and catalyst--detail-obsessed but also the communication hub that grounds innovation. You love making order from ambiguity, turning difficult conversations into breakthrough solutions, and always leaving teams more aligned than you found them.
Technical requirements:

• 4-8 years mixing hands-on development with technical leadership
• Fluent in modern web stack (our current: TypeScript, React, Python, cloud platforms)
• Daily user of automation tools and AI assistants--show us your workflows
• Excellence with project tools (Jira, Confluence, Git workflows)
• Remote work mastery with proven async communication skills

Communication requirements:

• Proven ability to facilitate technical design sessions that reach consensus
• Experience translating between technical and business stakeholders
• Track record of turning conflicts into collaborative solutions
• Excellence in written and verbal communication across cultures
• Ability to drive meetings that produce decisions, not just discussions
