Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our cloud deployment teams, focusing on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) initiatives. This role will be responsible for orchestrating complex cloud programs, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable and secure cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, proven program management experience, and familiarity with all platform and infrastructure supporting functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end cloud deployment programs on GCP, partnering with engineering, operations, security, and product teams. Develop comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, and milestones to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Facilitate technical discussions, coordinate resources, and resolve blockers across cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, security, and DevOps teams. Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, automation, and governance frameworks. Monitor program performance, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate program status, progress, and issues to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. Ensure compliance with cloud best practices, regulatory requirements, and security policies. Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of program/project management experience in technical environments, with at least 2 years supporting cloud infrastructure deployments. Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, architecture, and deployment patterns. Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional technical projects. Familiarity with platform and infrastructure supporting functional areas such as networking, storage, compute, security, identity, and DevOps. Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud automation tools. Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:Hands-on experience with cloud migration, modernization, and optimization. Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager). Understanding of security frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR). Experience in leading technical teams and managing vendor relationships.

Location:India - (Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter)
