Job Details:
: Intel is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Intel Chassis Group. The candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of Chassis IP deliverables across multiple SoCs throughout the product lifecycle. This includes overseeing all phases from architecture definition, RTL development, and DV collateral delivery (including VIP), to physical design handoff and PPA closure.The role demands ensuring that all IPs meet defined performance, power, area (PPA), quality, and schedule targets to enable successful SoC tape-outs. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams across Architecture, SoC Design, IP Design, and Post-Silicon Validation to ensure seamless IP integration and alignment with overall SoC requirements.In addition, the candidate will be responsible for providing regular execution status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to senior management, ensuring high-quality, on-time IP delivery aligned with program goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications

• MSEE (or equivalent) with 20+ years of experience in state-of-the-art SoC and IP design in technical and leadership roles.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across IP/SoC design domains, managing teams of 10-50 engineers.

• 20+ years of proven experience in end-to-end IP and SoC design, spanning architecture definition to post-silicon qualification within leading semiconductor companies.

• Demonstrated expertise in executing multiple IPs (Interface, Fabric, and Foundational IPs) and SoCs across diverse markets such as Mobile, Datacenter, Networking, and AI

.o Extensive experience leading cross-functional RTL, Design Verification, and Physical Design teams across multiple SoC programs, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

• Proven experience in silicon development on advanced technology nodes

• Background in integrating cutting-edge IPs for leading SoC customers and supporting both internal and external engagements through strong technical leadership and solution definition.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments. In addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Demonstrated ability to lead large, geographically distributed engineering

teams across multiple time zones.

• Excellent communication skills - capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.
