Key Responsibilities
Define & Drive Platform Strategy:
Create a vision, strategy, and roadmap for scalable, data-centric platform initiatives.
Full Product Lifecycle Management:
Lead product development from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Leverage Data & KPIs:
Apply analytics, market research, and performance metrics to prioritize initiatives and validate trade-offs.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and operations to align and execute releases.
Strategic Product Launches:
Oversee go-to-market activities, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new features and enhancements.
Customer-Centric Decision-Making:
Ensure that platform enhancements balance technical feasibility with customer value and long-term impact.
Innovation & Thought Leadership:
Stay ahead of healthcare IT, AI, and data platform trends, embedding innovation into the product roadmap.
Mentorship & Influence:
Provide guidance to junior product managers and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
10+ years of professional experience with
minimum 5 years in product management
; proven expertise in
platform/data platform development
.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC; hands-on experience with tools such as
JIRA, Confluence
.
Strategic & Analytical:
Skilled at combining market insights, customer feedback, and KPIs to drive product decisions.
Domain Expertise:
Prior experience in
SaaS/PaaS
environments is essential;
healthcare/Health IT
exposure is highly desirable.
Leadership Skills:
Strong ability to lead and inspire global, cross-functional teams across geographies.
