We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Architect to shape the roadmap of an innovative observability product. This role focuses on enhancing monitoring dashboards, UI design, and leveraging AI-driven analytics to deliver actionable insights. You will drive product innovation and strategy to meet evolving client needs in IT monitoring and observability.
Key Responsibilities:
Define product strategy with a focus on AI-powered monitoring and observability enhancements.
Lead innovation in interactive dashboards, visualization tools, and reporting features.
Apply data science and predictive modeling to improve monitoring capabilities.
Serve as an expert on observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, and cloud environments.
Conduct competitive market analysis to identify product gaps and industry trends.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, AI, and design teams to align product development with customer requirements.
Present product updates and insights to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of cloud monitoring, virtualization, microservices, and IT observability concepts.
Hands-on experience with IT performance monitoring tools like eG Enterprise, Dynatrace, Splunk, or New Relic.
Proficiency in designing interactive dashboards and visualization frameworks.
Experience in product leadership related to monitoring metrics and dashboard optimization.
Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, HCI, or related fields.
