About the Role

We're seeking a

Senior Technical Lead Engineer

to design and deliver scalable, production-grade

Agentic and Generative AI systems

. The ideal candidate will have a strong

product mindset

, ownership attitude, and deep technical expertise in

LLM-based architectures

RAG pipelines

, and

distributed systems

.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of AI-driven products using

Python, FastAPI, Azure, Kafka, Kubernetes

, and

LangChain/LangGraph

frameworks. Architect and implement

RAG pipelines

,

vector databases

, and intelligent agent workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (TPOs, TPMs, Platform Engineers) to deliver user-centric AI solutions. Ensure system

reliability, observability

, and

scalability

with CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps best practices. Drive innovation by staying current with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in

Computer Science, AI, or related field

. 7+ years in software/AI engineering, including 2+ years in leadership roles. Proven experience in

LLM-based systems

,

distributed architecture

, and

cloud-native applications

. Proficiency in

Python, FastAPI, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes

. Familiarity with

LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines

, and

vector databases

.

Preferred Skills

Experience with

LLM orchestration frameworks

(LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, MCP). Understanding of

AI model lifecycle, fine-tuning, and deployment
