Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the
web & mobile development team
Oversee end-to-end development of
web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and backend systems
Review code quality, enforce best practices, and ensure timely delivery
Collaborate closely with designers, developers, testers & management
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
Manage deployment, version control & application performance
Stay updated with new technologies and implement improvements
Coordinate with the QA team for
manual & automation testing
Support and align with the
digital marketing team
on tech-driven marketing requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in software development
Strong knowledge in
React.js, Next.js, Node.js, APIs & modern web technologies
Understanding of
mobile app development workflows
(Flutter/React Native is a plus)
Hands-on experience in
database management, API integrations & cloud deployment
Strong understanding of
manual testing & automation testing processes
Basic to good knowledge of
digital marketing tools & technical integrations
Ability to guide junior developers and manage multiple projects
