To lead complex automation projects, make strategic technical decisions, and provide high-level guidance to the automation team. Senior technical leads in automation have a broader scope of responsibility and may be involved in architectural decisions.

Education:

Graduate or a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or mathematics or any other equivalent degree.

Experience:

5 - 7 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead complex automation projects, making strategic technical decisions. Provide advanced technical guidance and mentorship in automation. Oversee the technical aspects of multiple automation projects. Collaborate with other senior leaders to define automation technical strategy. Influence automation architectural decisions at an organizational level.

Mandatory Skills

:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in one or more programming languages Software development life cycle knowledge Debugging and troubleshooting skills Automation testing skills Ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams Ability to create and maintain documentation for code, processes, and system architecture. Extensive experience in leading automation projects Strategic planning and decision-making skills Collaboration and team-building skills Expertise in automation and testing
