Job Description

Title: Workday Adaptive Planning Functional Consultant - 10 to 15 years of experience

Overview:

The ideal candidate will either have direct experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or possess strong functional expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting using financial planning tools or ERP systems in the finance domain.

This role requires a consultant who can work closely with our FP&A teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Adaptive Planning configurations and workflows. The consultant should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to contribute to both support and enhancement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with finance stakeholders to gather and analyze planning, budgeting, and forecasting needs. Configure and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to support business processes. Translate financial requirements into system design, configuration, and reporting solutions. Support implementation, testing, and rollout of Adaptive Planning features and enhancements. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models within Adaptive Planning. Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and resolving integration issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and seamless integration with other systems.

What We're Looking For:

Strong understanding of financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is highly preferred. Alternatively, experience with other financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC) or solid ERP finance knowledge is acceptable. Minimum 10 years' experience in these areas. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
