Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on

Senior Technical Lead

with a strong background in

Java

and modern

UI frameworks

such as

React

or

Angular

. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in

software design and architecture

,

cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

, and

DevOps/CI-CD practices

. This role demands strong analytical skills to perform

root cause analysis

and drive technical excellence across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications using Java and modern UI frameworks. Architect end-to-end solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into robust solutions. Perform in-depth

root cause analysis

of production and development issues. Guide and mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best coding practices. Drive adoption of

DevOps

practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code. Work closely with cloud infrastructure teams to design and implement solutions on

AWS

,

Azure

, or other cloud platforms. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions. Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are met across all solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on

Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)

. Proficiency in

React

,

Angular

, or any modern UI framework. Strong experience in

software architecture and design patterns

. Hands-on experience with

AWS

,

Azure

, or other cloud platforms. Solid understanding of

DevOps

,

CI/CD pipelines

, and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Proven ability to perform

root cause analysis

and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in AWS/Azure or DevOps. Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS). Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
