We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Technical Lead with a strong background in SAP SD, Order-to-Cash (O2C), ECC, SAP HANA, and Warehouse Management Systems to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale SAP transformation and implementation initiatives, owning end-to-end solution design, and enabling seamless business operations across global stakeholders. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on execution to ensure continuity and scalability of business processes.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete delivery lifecycle for SAP SD and O2C projects including requirement gathering, solution architecture, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide deep functional and technical expertise in SAP SD modules such as pricing, billing, invoicing, credit management, rebates, contracts, delivery processing, and logistics execution.
• Drive successful Order-to-Cash (O2C) process optimization by aligning platform capabilities with business objectives, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy across global order processing operations.
• Manage and support key deployment and upgrade initiatives for SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migrations including data validation, system conversion, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance, Warehouse Operations, and IT to ensure integrated end-to-end solutions.
• Lead and mentor a technical team of SAP consultants, developers, and integration specialists ensuring project deliverables, quality, and timelines.
• Provide expertise in Warehouse Management (WM / EWM) processes such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and storage management, ensuring seamless integration with SD and logistics modules.
• Manage interfaces and integrations with external systems such as shipping carriers, CRM tools, 3PL, EDI, transportation systems, and financial platforms.
• Conduct system performance reviews and implement enhancements, automation, and continuous improvements where required.
• Prepare and maintain detailed functional specifications, solution documentation, and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, data security standards, and SAP best practices.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for troubleshooting complex functional and integration issues.
• Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, risk management, and decision-making throughout the lifecycle of projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9-14 years of experience in SAP SD with comprehensive functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on experience working with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, including upgrade/migration projects.
• Expertise with pricing, billing, credit, invoicing, delivery processing, ATP, shipping, document flow, and returns management.
• Experience working on Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) integrations and 3PL operations.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with MM, PP, FI, and external logistics systems.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale SAP implementations or support projects.
• Ability to lead teams, guide technical resources, and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid SDLC methodologies preferred.

Preferred

• SAP SD / S/4 HANA certification.
• Experience with global rollouts, multi-country pricing structures, and localization requirements.
