Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead for Embedded Networking plays a crucial role in managing technology across complex projects. This position is responsible for providing expert technical guidance, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers In Embedded Networking, Improving Their Technical Capabilities And Productivity Through Mentorship And Training.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes Using Linux And C, Optimizing Performance And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In The Embedded Networking Module And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions To Evaluate Feasibility Studies, Identifying Technical Alternatives, Risks, And Breakdown Into Components, While Supporting Architecture Best Practices.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Embedded Networking Concepts And Protocols.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Linux Operating Systems And Development Environments.
3. Advanced Proficiency In C Programming Language And Related Development Tools.
4. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Apply Judgment In Complex Project Scenarios.
Other Requirements
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications Include Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese) Or Linux Professional Institute Certification (Lpic).
