Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead in 2D Electrical Development plays a critical role in managing technology within complex projects. This position involves providing expert technical guidance to development teams, ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet project objectives. The lead will enhance team capabilities, oversee quality assurance processes, and drive performance optimization, contributing significantly to the organization's success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In 2D Electrical Design And Circuit Simulation, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Productivity.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes Using Tools Like Matlab And Autocad Electrical, Ensuring Adherence To Performance Optimization Techniques And Industry Best Practices.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In Assigned Modules And Participate In Technical Discussions As A Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Potential Risks Associated With Design Implementation.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Closure Of Escalations.
Skill Requirements
1. Advanced Proficiency In 2D Electrical Design Principles And Methodologies.
2. Solid Understanding Of Circuit Design, Simulation Tools (E.G., Matlab, Ltspice), And Industry Standards.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Evaluate And Implement Technical Solutions.
4. Strong Communication Skills For Effective Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Other Requirements
1. Optional But Valuable: Certified Electrical Engineer (Cee) Or Equivalent Certification In Electrical Design Methodology.
2. Optional But Valuable: Certification In Project Management Professional (Pmp) For Enhanced Project Oversight Capabilities.
Maximum Salary (US): 128000
Minimum Salary (US): 83000

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
