Job Description

Position Summary:

Employees in this role are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and products to meet customer needs. They are engaged throughout the full software development lifecycle, including architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization. This role also includes full-stack development across user interfaces and server-side applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers to understand use-cases, pain points, and requirements, ensuring user-centric solutions. Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering software using modern tools, frameworks, and agile methodologies. Assess business/application requirements and determine the best technology stack, integration approach, and deployment strategy. Design high-level software architecture including structure, components, and interfaces. Partner with cross-functional teams such as product owners, designers, and architects. Define and implement software testing strategies, guidelines, and best practices. Continuously optimize application performance and adopt new technologies to improve efficiency. Apply programming practices like test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD). Implement robust security practices to safeguard user data (encryption, anonymization, etc.). Develop user-friendly, interactive front-end interfaces. Build and maintain back-end applications, APIs, and microservices using server-side languages. Evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate them to enhance product solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹397,691.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
