Job Description

1. Perform Quality Inspections

Conduct quality inspections in alignment with engineering drawings and original samples.

2. Production Supervision with Quality Control

Oversee production activities while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

3. Hose Manufacturing Expertise

Possess sound knowledge of hose production processes specific to compressor applications.

4. Compressor and Component Manufacturing Knowledge

Strong technical understanding of compressor units and associated part manufacturing.

5. Customer Interaction & Support

Coordinate with customers and the sales team to address technical requirements and ensure satisfaction.

6. Technical Assistance to Purchase Team

Provide technical insights and support to the procurement team for material selection and specifications.

7. Stock Management Collaboration

Assist the stock/inventory team in maintaining accurate stock levels based on technical requirements.

8. Costing and Estimation

Prepare material costing and estimation based on technical data and project requirements.

9. Raw Material Knowledge

Deep understanding of raw materials in line with customer specifications and industry standards.

10. Kit Manufacturing & Assembly Expertise

Ability to manufacture kits from original datasheets and assemble components for functional validation and clarity.
