Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end technology delivery for complex enterprise applications. This is a customer-facing leadership role requiring strong hands-on technical depth, team management expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across full-stack and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for multiple projects and client engagements.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders

• Architect and oversee full-stack solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.

• Guide and mentor engineering teams, ensuring technical excellence and delivery timelines

• Drive best practices in coding, architecture, security, and performance

• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and business teams for seamless execution

• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments effectively

Requirements

• 15-20 years of overall experience in software engineering and technical delivery

• Strong hands-on experience across full technology stack

• Expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern frontend frameworks

• Experience with NoSQL databases, caching, and search technologies

• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and team handling

• Excellent communication skills; grounded, delivery-focused, and technically strong
