Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Consultant to lead and support our Training Division in the domains of Data Science,Data Analytics AI, and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, curriculum development expertise, deep industry knowledge, and proven experience in training delivery, system adherence, and project management. This role plays a key part in shaping the future of learners and aligning training programs with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and continuously update curriculum and course materials in Python,Data Science, Data Analytics,AI, and ML.

Conduct advanced training sessions for students and professionals across varied levels of expertise.

Ensure training delivery follows institutional and industry-standard systems and protocols.

Lead and manage academic projects, capstone implementations, and research-based assignments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training content with current industry needs.

Mentor junior trainers and provide technical guidance to improve training effectiveness.

Evaluate learner progress and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.

Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in Data Science, AI, and ML.

Contribute to accreditation, quality audits, and compliance processes.

Develop partnerships with industry experts and academic collaborators to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements:

Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in training, consulting, or applied industry roles in Data Science/AI/ML.

Demonstrated experience in curriculum design and training content development.

Strong command over tools and technologies such as Python, R, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, SQL, etc.

Experience in project management, especially in academic or training environments.

Knowledge of academic systems, evaluation metrics, and training frameworks.

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Certifications like Microsoft AI Engineer, TensorFlow Developer, or equivalent are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to EdTech platforms and LMS tools.

Publications, whitepapers, or recognized research work in AI/ML domains.

Hands-on experience with real-world projects and datasets.

Ability to adapt content for various audiences -- from students to corporate trainees.
