Key Responsibilities:
Act as a
technical advisor
to the Managing Director on construction and infrastructure projects
Review project reports, BOQs, contracts, and provide insights for management decisions
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
Monitor project progress, risks, and highlight critical issues to management
Draft presentations, technical summaries, and reports for board/leadership meetings
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Mentor junior staff and assist in strategic planning for project execution
Eligibility:
Diploma/B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
10+ years of experience
in construction/project management/technical coordination
Strong knowledge of project planning, contracts, and execution methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Ability to bridge
technical project details
with
executive-level decision making
