Secondary -> Technology | Monitoring Tools Expertise such as DynaTrace, New Relic, Moogsoft, Splunk, BigPanda | Strong hands-on across multiple tools: metrics, traces, events, AIOps | 4 - Advanced


Secondary -> Technology | System Administration and Systems Engineering such as Linux, Infra knowledge | Background understanding to troubleshoot and design resilient systems | 4 - Advanced


Tertiary -> Technology | Scripting and Automation with Python/Shell/ Terraform/Ansible | For automating monitoring setup, auto-remediation, IaC deployments | 4 - Advanced

Responsibilities :



Designs full-stack Observability solutions spanning multiple tools.Identifies and creates service definitions and topology models.



Identifies telemetry requirements, custom monitors and alerts. Tunes health models. Identifies, designs and builds auto-resolution models.



Has a strong background in systems engineering, comes from a system administration background. Is an expert at Performance Engineering.



Well versed and has experience working with multiple monitoring tools. Has experience working on Observability tools such as DynaTrace, New Relic, MoogSoft, Splunk, Big Panda etc.
