Primary Responsibilities:




Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) processes: Lead and coordinate ART activities to ensure smooth execution Program Increment (PI) Planning: Organize and conduct PI planning events, ensuring alignment and readiness Manage Risks and Impediments: Identify, resolve, and escalate issues that may hinder progress Coach and Mentor: Guide teams and leaders in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets Optimize Flow of Value: Ensure efficient delivery of value through the ART by managing dependencies and bottlenecks Foster Collaboration: Promote teamwork and synchronization across different teams within the ART Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback and metrics to drive ongoing enhancement Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:




Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification or other relevant Agile certifications Experience in Agile project management or software development Knowledge of Agile Frameworks: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe Proven ability to lead and mentor teams Proven excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proven solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
