Job Description

We're seeking a

Technology Leader

to drive solution architecture, integrations, and innovation across Oracle EPM. The role combines

deep EPM expertise

with

cloud, AI/ML, and RPA

advances to deliver next-gen client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deliver solutions across Oracle EPM modules (

FCCS, TRCS, ARCS, EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting

). Lead

integration and infra design

using

OIC & OCI

. Apply

AI, ML, RPA, and Generative AI

for predictive planning, automation, and reporting. Advise clients and CXOs on

tech strategy and innovation

. Mentor teams and establish

best practices in DevOps, automation, and MLOps

. Experience in

automation & AI for financial processes

(close cycle optimization, anomaly detection, reconciliation). Exposure to

Generative AI for finance narratives

(e.g., Oracle Narrative Reporting + LLMs). Experience/Exposure to

Big Data and visualization tools

(Spark, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau). Understanding of

AI governance, explainability, and model compliance

Qualifications

10+ years in Oracle EPM solutioning & architecture. Expertise in

OCI, OIC, and multiple EPM modules

. Experience applying

future tech (AI/ML/RPA)

to finance/EPM. Familiarity with

cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure)

is a plus. Strong client-facing and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
