Job Description

We are seeking an

experienced Fullstack MERN Tech Lead

to drive architecture, scalability, and delivery for our core product team. This is a leadership role with hands-on coding, system design, and mentoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and lead scalable web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB/MySQL, Express, React, Node.js) Design and implement microservices/macro services architectures Oversee API strategy, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines Mentor and review developers' code to enforce best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA)

Required Skills & Expertise

3+ years in software development (2+ years in leadership/architect roles) Expertise in MERN stack and scalable architectures Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure Strong knowledge of REST, GraphQL, caching (Redis/Memcached), and DevOps tools Solid understanding of Agile practices

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-have)

Serverless: AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions Real-time: WebSockets, Socket.io AI/ML integration experience

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
