Senior Tech Delivery Specialist-SAP FICO
Pune/ChennaiREFID837334As a SAP FICO Tech Delivery specialist, you will be part of a team of smart, highly skilled technologists who are passionate about learning and proto-typing cutting-edge technologies. Our team is co-located and agile, with central technology hubs in Chicago, Madrid, Toronto, Pune and Chennai. In this role you will be responsible for executing day to day SAP production support / Enhancements, Upgrades and key project activities in SAP FICO module.Ability to think out of the box and provide solutions to the business. Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and flexible environment where no two days are the same . Enjoys working in unknown area - defining the undefined, challenging the status quo, and solving uncharted business challenges.Responsibilities:Monitor Incidents/Service Requests on a daily basis and ensure that resolution is within the agreed SLAsConfigure the system for any new business requirements or change in the existing processesPrepare functional specifications for the ABAP team for any change in the existing development or for customizing new developmentsAssist in smooth closing of month end and year end activitiesCoordinate and work closely with cross functional team membersFoster and maintain good relationship with users across the globe to ensure customer satisfactionAlign the day to day activities by adhering to the policies laid down in the organizationWork with internal team to identify business issues, problems and/or enhancements and provide highly innovative and creative solutions to achieve quality and process improvements with available hardware, software, databases and peripheralsAbility to work under challenging environment and timelineQualificationsAny Graduate/Masters preferably in the finance domain, with 6-8 years of relevant experienceMandatory skills in the following areas

• FI -AR , AP, GL, Banking, Asset Accounting
• Experience in DMEE and EBS functionality
• Integration between FI & SD, HR
• CO- Cost Center accounting, Profit center accounting, COPA- Controlling Profitability Analysis
• Concur working experience
• Knowledge of Treasury, Banking
• Solution experience

Good to have skills in the following areas

• Exposure to MDM module
• Exposure to Closing Cockpit
• Experience of working with remote and global teams
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to bring critical design thinking
• Ability to lead a team
