Summary:
The Senior Team Lead SAP EWM will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions within the organization. This role entails managing a team of SAP EWM professionals, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring that warehouse management processes align with business objectives and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP EWM specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions to enhance warehouse operations and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and develop EWM strategies tailored to organizational needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in warehouse management and operations.
- Monitor and optimize EWM processes, focusing on continuous improvement, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders in utilizing SAP EWM effectively.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SAP EWM, offering guidance on integration with other SAP modules and systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and SAP advancements relevant to warehouse management practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience with SAP EWM implementation and optimization, including strong understanding of warehouse processes.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and large-scale SAP projects.
- Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
- SAP certification in EWM or related fields is highly desirable.

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
- Demonstrated stable work history with long-term accountability in prior roles.
- Experience working in global delivery or multi-geography AMS environments.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility offshore leadership role with consistent US time-zone overlap.
- Strong written and verbal English (required)
- Experience with US/EU companies (preferred)
