Summary:
The Senior Team Lead SAP BTP Integration will be responsible for guiding the strategy, design, and implementation of integration solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of integration processes to ensure seamless connectivity between SAP and non-SAP systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists focused on SAP BTP integration solutions.
- Design and implement integration strategies using SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop integration architecture that supports enterprise applications.
- Oversee the implementation of integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to resolve issues, optimizing performance and reliability.
-Develop and maintain documentation related to integration processes, designs, and procedures.
- Stay updated on SAP BTP advancements, tools, and industry trends to continually enhance the integration strategy.
- Provide training and support to team members and end-users on SAP BTP integration solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience with SAP BTP, integration services, and related technologies.
- Proven leadership experience managing integration teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
- SAP certifications related to BTP or integration are highly desirable.

- Ability to work onsite in Bangalore, India
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
- Demonstrated stable work history with long-term accountability in prior roles.
- Experience working in global delivery or multi-geography AMS environments.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility offshore leadership role with consistent US time-zone overlap.
- Strong written and verbal English (required)
- Experience with US/EU companies (preferred)
