Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute national sales strategies
Hire, lead and manage a team of regional sales executives
Identify and penetrate new markets across India
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Requirements:
Proven track record in FMCG or tea industry sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel extensively
Fluent in English and Hindi and regional languages
