Direct tax: Monthly /Quarterly compliances & tax reporting:

• Computation of Advance Tax Liability.
• To advise on WHT applicability on Indian and foreign payments.
• To provide assistance to the business on analyzing PE exposure.
• Assistance in withholding tax compliances.
• Monthly new tax provision & Direct tax GL reconciliation,

Direct tax: Yearly compliances

• Ensure to complete the statutory compliance like tax audit, transfer pricing, Return of Income etc.
• Assistance for preparation of various replies of scrutiny cases for the Income tax.
• To support the consultant in litigation pending at ITAT/CIT (A) by providing relevant data.
• Timely filling of Internal tax reporting compliances as per US GAAP.
• Coordination with consultant and auditors on tax matters.

Direct tax: Litigation & M&A

• Assistance in pre and Post merger Integration.
• Assistance in dealing with direct tax including transfer pricing litigation.
