Role Summary



The

Senior Talent Specialist

will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple mandates, support clients, and build strong candidate pipelines. The role demands maturity, communication excellence, and strong execution capability.

Key Responsibilities



1. Research & Talent Mapping



Conduct structured research and create talent maps. Identify and source candidates using advanced search techniques. Maintain strong talent pools for priority functions.

2. Candidate Management



Conduct detailed screening and competency-based evaluations. Manage candidate expectations and communication. Prepare candidate summaries and evaluation notes.

3. Mandate Delivery



Handle 6-10 active mandates independently. Share shortlisted candidates with clients and manage feedback cycles. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and final selection.

4. Client Coordination



Engage with hiring managers for role briefs and updates. Participate in client calls and provide mandate progress reports. Maintain documentation and client trackers.

5. Assessment & Reporting



Conduct structured interviews. Prepare reports, summaries, and internal documentation. Maintain confidentiality and high-quality documentation.

6. Market Intelligence



Track industry movements, salary trends, and talent availability. Share insights internally to improve search outcomes.

7. Team Collaboration



Guide junior recruiters and support their sourcing activities. Coordinate with internal teams for postings and updates.

Candidate Profile



3-5 years of recruitment experience Strong communication & stakeholder management skills Ability to handle multiple roles independently Excellent sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search) Organised, proactive, and goal-oriented
