About The Role

What You'll Do

Partner with business and technology leaders to

define hiring needs, workforce plans, and talent strategies

. Lead end-to-end hiring with a focus on

critical technology roles

across India. Bring deep market intelligence to advise leaders on

talent availability, compensation insights, and competitive hiring trends

. Use advanced sourcing approaches (passive talent engagement, pool-building, bulk hiring) to attract exceptional candidates. Own the candidate experience from outreach to closure, ensuring every candidate feels the
