Must Have
5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Proven success in identifying and attracting talent for various roles.
Strong experience with advanced sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
Previous experience working in a fast-growing or tech-driven organization is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage candidates effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Data-driven with the ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics.
End to End Recruiting responsibility, which involves requirement gathering, Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling interviews, salary discussion, and onboarding.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media, job boards, networking, and advanced tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) to identify and engage top talent.
Partner with the hiring managers to understand their expectations regarding the quality, quantity, cost & time.
Source candidates to include both active and passive job seekers to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each recruiter; exercise creativity to find candidates.
