2. Candidate Sourcing & Pipelines
Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social networks, and recruitment events.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Typical Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree (often HR, business, or related field). Advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM/PHR) are a plus. Superworks
Experience:
Several years (often 5+) in talent acquisition or HR, with proven success in full-cycle hiring. Superworks
Technical:
Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards)
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and organization.
