Primary Responsibilities :

End to end recruitment through various job portals

Preparation of recruitment tracker

Conducting interviews with HOD's

On time closure of given vacancies and replacements

Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, in particular contract preparation. Ensuring that the correct recruitment and selection procedures are adhered to. Controlling costs and ensuring that they do not exceed budgets. Assisting with day-to-day HR related questions. Conducting interviews and reference checks on job applicants. Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs Screening resume Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Administering appropriate company assessments Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

Following up on the interview process status.
