Job Summary:
He/She will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes for academic, administrative, and technical positions within the institution. The role involves developing effective hiring strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely closures in alignment with institutional goals. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the education sector and an excellent understanding of faculty and non-teaching recruitment dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from job posting to onboarding.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.).
Lead recruitment drives for faculty, administrative, and technical staff.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate panel interactions.
Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Management / Psychology or related field.
10-12 years of proven experience
in recruitment, preferably within the
education or ed-tech sector
.
Strong understanding of faculty recruitment norms (UGC/AICTE/PCI/NAAC etc.).
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?80,000.00 per month
