Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure smooth hiring processes.
Maintain candidate pipelines for multiple IT positions.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Manage offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Required Skills:
3-5 years of experience in
Domestic IT Recruitment
.
Strong understanding of various IT technologies and job roles.
Experience working with major job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in volume hiring and niche IT skill hiring.
