Source and screen candidates using portals, social platforms, and referrals.
Manage stakeholder expectations by understanding role requirements from sales leaders.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate with the respective teams for further rounds.
Maintain a healthy talent pipeline to support the company's expansion goals.
Negotiate offers, handle onboarding, and ensure candidate engagement throughout the hiring cycle.
Use recruitment analytics to track performance metrics and hiring trends.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in
recruitment
, with
at least 2 years
focused on
sales hiring
(preferably high-ticket items like real estate, luxury goods, premium B2C products, etc.).
Fluency in Hindi
is highly preferred to handle pan-India hiring.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proficient in using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
