  • Collaborate with management to help them identify job requirements, fill their recruitment needs and ensure they are apprised of progress towards securing the requested personnel.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process and encourage Teamwork
  • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels.
  • Understand the organization's needs and propose a hiring plan accordingly
  • Workforce Planning & Budgeting exercise
  • MIS/Dashboards/Reports: Lead and manage a strong database
  • Employer Branding and positioning to attract the right talent
  • Campus recruitment
  • Adopt the right sourcing mix
  • Monitor hiring plan and budgets
  • Aid in bench planning; pipeline management
  • Talent hunting and mapping: Market research and develop a talent pool
  • Build a strong network within the Real Estate & Facility Management Industry
  • Team management
  • Coaching & mentoring the junior recruiters
  • Adherence to TATs; responsible and accountable for closures of all mandates - sourcing to offer
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing, mapping of resumes from various Portals, Headhunting across various Sectors of Industries
  • Post internal and external job openings
  • Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes for professional and managerial positions.
  • Interview, evaluate, and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager and oversee the scheduling of the work stream interview with the appropriate hiring manager
  • Suggest salary offers, based on documented credentials during the interview process, and submits for approval
  • Act as buddy for new hires. Provide appropriate orientation and onboarding as needed by the new TA Members. Give new hires the information, technology and reference materials necessary to perform their jobs
  • Maintain hiring statistics specifying the various sourcing techniques through candidates are obtained. Provide status report giving detailed information on the employment activity. Create and update recruiting report.
  • Manage and maintain Applicant Tracking System
Requirement:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Talent Acquisition experience; from the Facility Management industry
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; Negotiating skills; problem solving skills
  • Excellent understanding of the recruitment process
  • Must be extremely process driven
  • Extensive knowledge of Recruitment ERPs
  • Good understanding of the Employer Branding strategies
  • Hands on experience of candidate sourcing tools and methods
  • Adept with online job hunting websites, social networking like LinkedIn
  • Team player
  • Must have strong people, client, and time management skills
  • Any Bachelors and Masters Degree
