Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and Attraction

Candidate Screening

: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and select suitable candidates for interviews.

Interviewing and Selection

: Coordinate interviews, participate in the selection process, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

Hiring and Onboarding

: Manage the entire hiring process from offer extension to onboarding new hires.

Collaboration

: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce needs and ensure recruitment strategies align with company objectives.

Employer Branding

: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's culture and values to attract top talent.

Candidate Experience

: Ensure a positive and supportive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Strategic Planning

: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.

Market Analysis

: Stay informed about industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform hiring strategies.
