Job Summary:



We are looking for a driven and experienced

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to lead our hiring efforts and ensure smooth office operations with

4+ years in IT recruitment

, specifically in hiring for

Salesforce

and other technical roles. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the

entire recruitment cycle

, from sourcing to onboarding, including

salary discussions, negotiations

, and having a

basic understanding of HR compliance

.

The candidate

can support in HR Ops and Admin

tasks as needed, contributing to broader HR and office management responsibilities.

Our current HR Setup:



We are using leading industry tools like GreytHR and Zoho People for HR and Payroll Management. It saves time in maintaining various ledgers and google/excel sheets. We are using cloud-based tools for better HR productivity. Zoho is being used for recruitment, and other business and employee-lifecycle processes like Employee Database, Performance Ratings/Reviews, Asset Management, Incidents, Weekly reports, Vendor database and payments etc.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for

Salesforce

and other IT roles (Developers, Admins, Architects, QA, DevOps, etc.) Work closely with hiring managers and tech teams to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases. Screen, shortlist, schedule interviews, and manage feedback loops efficiently. Drive

salary discussion and negotiation

with candidates, ensuring alignment with internal budget and benchmarks. Coordinate

offer rollouts

and ensure a smooth

onboarding

experience. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards. Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and

basic labor law compliance

during hiring. Maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened candidates for critical positions.

Support in HR Ops and Admin

functions such as office asset maintenance, vendor coordination, documentation, and compliance support. Safeguard sensitive information with

strict confidentiality

and data protection standards.
We usually work 5 days a week. For the HR team, you may expect 2 half-day working Saturdays in a month additionally. They are expected to show up on a Saturday for hiring needs, walk-in / campus drives, administrative tasks, any other tasks to meet timelines and compliances or anything urgent.

Required Skills & Experience:



4+ years of IT recruitment experience, with

at least 1+ year in Salesforce hiring

. Strong understanding of different Salesforce roles, skill sets, and market trends. Hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Experience in

salary benchmarking, negotiation, and offer closure

. Basic understanding of

HR compliance

and documentation requirements. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in fast-paced or startup-like environments is a plus. Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy. Enthusiastic to implement a variety of human resource programs. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships

Good to Have:



Experience using ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse). Exposure to campus hiring or lateral bulk hiring. Understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
