Location: Remote (Permanent)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-Time), Saturday (Alternate Saturdays are off )

We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team remotely. This position is ideal for a professional who has strong expertise in hiring for diverse roles in Manufacturing/Plant, Sales, Accounts, and Automobile sectors. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting, candidate sourcing, and screening, to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Sector Expertise: Specialize in hiring for various roles in Manufacturing/Plant, Sales, Accounts, and Automobiles.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Screening & Interviews: Conduct detailed interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet client specifications.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring progress through applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to advise clients and improve hiring strategies.
Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to enhance employer branding and ensure candidate engagement.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on manufacturing/plant, sales, accounts, and automobile sectors.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the recruitment needs, job roles, and hiring challenges in manufacturing, plant operations, sales, accounts, and automotive industries.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Hands-on experience with all aspects of recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
Remote Work Readiness: Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision and managing tasks independently.
