We are hiring a

Talent Acquisition Specialist

with proven experience in mass/bulk hiring for FMCG sales teams across Odisha.

The candidate must have hands-on exposure in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to successful joining, preferably from an FMCG organization or NON IT manpower/staffing agency.

Location: Bhubaneswar

Salary up to ?30,000 per month (based on experience and target achievement)

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and weekly hiring targets for FMCG sales roles Handle bulk hiring for FMCG sales roles (Sales Executive, Sales Officers, ISR) Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and joining Source candidates through job portals, referrals, local vendors, field sourcing, walk-ins, and recruitment drives Coordinate closely with sales teams to close positions within timelines Ensure maximum joining ratio through regular follow-ups Maintain hiring trackers, MIS, and recruitment reports Build and maintain a ready pipeline for continuous hiring needs

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in mass hiring / bulk recruitment for FMCG sales roles Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing till joining Background from manpower agency or FMCG sales hiring is mandatory Good knowledge of Odisha geography and local hiring markets Excellent communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets
