Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for corporate, factory, and creative roles
Understand manpower requirements from department heads and plan hiring accordingly
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, referrals, and vendors
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
Handle
offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
Support onboarding and documentation process
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and timelines
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of

Hands-on experience with
job portals & LinkedIn hiring
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
