Job Summary:
We are hiring a Recruitment Manager to handle the complete recruitment and management of contract labour across multiple project sites. The role involves manpower planning, vendor coordination, compliance, and workforce monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of contract labour.
Coordinate with project and site teams to meet manpower requirements.
Handle third-party vendors, labour supply contracts, renewals, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain updated records of contract workers, attendance, and wages.
Coordinate with HR and Accounts for payroll inputs and attendance validation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor workforce performance and welfare.
Address grievances and resolve issues related to contract manpower.
Prepare and share manpower MIS, reports, and dashboards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Knowledge of CLRA Act, wage laws, and statutory compliance.
Strong coordination, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR software.
