Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Universal Education is seeking an experienced and dynamic

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

to lead and manage hiring for higher-level and premium positions across our institution. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruitment expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior, higher-level, and premium roles across various departments. Understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and organizational needs to source the right talent. Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Conduct screening, interviews, assessments, and background checks. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure smooth interview processes. Maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive talent mapping and networking. Negotiate compensation, finalize offers, and ensure efficient onboarding. Track and monitor recruitment metrics, timelines, and closures. Build strong employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and credibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5-6 years of experience

in Talent Acquisition, preferably hiring for mid to senior-level roles. Proven experience in recruitment for

premium, leadership, or specialized positions

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines. Proactive, target-driven, and highly organized. Experience in educational hiring (preferred but not mandatory).
