Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level corporate functions in BFSI.
Manage client relationships with Banks/NBFCs and ensure timely delivery of mandates.
Lead and guide 2-3 junior recruiters; ensure sourcing quality and TAT adherence.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for BFSI roles; leverage portals, LinkedIn, and databases.
Track revenue targets and closure metrics; contribute actively to team performance.
Maintain accurate MIS and daily reports on progress and closures
Requirements:
5-8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in BFSI domain.
Proven success in client handling and senior-level role closures.
Strong communication, ownership, and team management abilities.
Must be Mumbai-based and willing to work from office (no remote/hybrid).
Stability and long-term growth mindset are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
