Job Summary
:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Lead to manage and scale our hiring efforts, with a strong focus on BPO recruitment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, team leadership, and hiring for volume and lateral roles, particularly in the non-IT and BPO domain.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can source top talent, drive recruiter performance, and meet aggressive hiring targets in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, with a primary focus on BPO and non-IT profiles.
Manage and mentor a team of 5-6 recruiters to ensure productivity and goal alignment.
Coordinate with department heads and stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and fulfill manpower requirements.
Execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods.
Oversee the recruitment pipeline, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring smooth candidate experience.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training/coaching sessions.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain dashboards for leadership reporting.

Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of recruitment experience, including 5+ years in BPO hiring

Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Note:- Only candidates under 35 years of age with the above-mentioned experience will be considered. Freshers are not eligible.
